Another day at the races for Zara Tindall, and she went back to her favourite navy for the occasion. She was with her husband Mike, but also brother Peter and sister-in-law Autumn Phillips.
Pip Howeson ‘Scallop’ coat. Made of grey tweed, the coat features a rounded collar piped with navy, and scallop seam detailing to the rear at the waist. The cuffs are similarly piped in contrasting navy. Beneath the placket are mother of pearl buttons and the coat is lined in silk.
A look at the buttons and the fabric, in small concentric squares, although Zara’s is a more herringbone style fabric.
We currently cannot find these boots and suspect they are a few years old. We will update if we find anything!
I have altered the colouring of the image below a touch to show up the side detailing better. They feature a platform and stiletto heel of 4 inches, and slim fit from the ankle to the knee. They fasten with the lace-up detailing to the outside of the leg, which sits between leather panels.
UPDATE: Zara’s boots are indeed older; we found her wearing them back in 2013 SECOND UPDATE: 2012 is the earliest date we have found her wearing them (pic on right).

She opted for a Bundle Maclaren ‘Cordelia’ felt beret style headpiece decorated with three goose spear feathers. Zara’s has a navy beret base instead and silver feathers. The original costs £295 and is available here.
One of her most distinctive pieces, Zara carried her Olga Berg ‘faceted pod clutch’ in navy saffiano. The bag is hexagonally shaped, with a silver rectangular clasp. She last used it at the Royal Wedding in May, whilst she was still pregnant with Lena. This is an old piece and no longer available.
You’ll notice a pair of sunglasses in her hand, which we will come onto next.
Zara carried, and later wore, a pair of Illesteva tortoishell sunglasses. We suspect they are the ‘Leonard’, which feature a round lens, a high nose-bridge, thick arms and the brand’s ‘I’ logo to the outer front. A similar pair, the ‘York’, is owned by The Duchess of Sussex. Get a pair here, costing $177, approx £132.
Seen again were Zara’s Calleja ‘Coronet’ earrings, from her own range at the jewellery label. These double-huggie style earrings are pave-set with diamonds and made in platinum. They cost £4500.
