The Duke and Duchess of Sussex attended a performance of The Wider World at the Natural History Museum last night, with Meghan glowing in a cream and khaki look, mixing old and new pieces.
Meghan chose her cream Amanda Wakeley crombie coat that we saw last year at the Commonwealth Day Service before she married Prince Harry. The coat comes in a relaxed fit, pockets on the seams at the waist, a thick waistband with hook and eye closure and seam detailing, rear vent, plus a flared cuff, which adds a feminine edge to a more masculine tailored coat. It cost £895 and is still available here or in black here.
It’s interesting to see Meghan put non-maternity clothes to use so late in her pregnancy.
A reminder of the look last time:
Beneath the coat, The Duchess of Sussex wore a cream roll-neck dress from Calvin Klein. It is based on one of the label’s Resort 2019 pieces, a maxi wool roll-neck dress, retailing for £1120; it is now sold out. The dress also comes in blue and in a shorter length in black.
A lovely piece, but we can’t help thinking it is very similar to the H&M Mama dress seen a few weeks ago.
The Duchess paired it with her Ralph Lauren ‘Celia’ olive pointed heels. These were first seen at Prince Louis’ christening. These heels feature a light heel cap with brown inside, and a leather sole to the front and a distinctly straight heel of 100mm. We show the shoe below in baby blue leather, as Meghan’s are not available for purchase; the retail for £480 here, and are available in limited sizes, as well as in black leather here.

Meghan used her Ralph Lauren clutch, again first seen at Prince Louis’ christening. The bag is a custom piece, based on the ‘Ricky cross body bag’ from the brand, which retails for £1040. You can get the bag in black shown below here, or in rust here.

You can also see the Duchess wearing one of her Catbird ‘Threadbare’ rings in the photo above, made of hammered 14kt gold. A very affordable look to replicate, at £35. Get one here.
Meghan rewore her Vanessa Tugendhaft ‘Precious Clover Charm’ earrings. We love these dainty earrings, that cost €750, approx £656. They are made of rose gold hearts joined to create a clover shape. each heart contains three diamonds totalling 0.1ct. Get a pair here.
