Today saw a return to work for The Duchess of Sussex, who visited Canada House (the High Commission for Canada in the UK) with her husband, Prince Harry. They couple wanted to say thank you for their recent private stay in the country.

Her coat was the ‘Sabel’ from Reiss, costing £345. With notched lapels, a slim-fit longline silhouette and two buttons at the waist, this coat is effortless. There is also a breast pocket and two flap pockets at the hip, along with a rear vent. It is made from a wool and nylon blend. You can try this and this to match the look.

Meghan made it much easier for us to find the piece, as she carried the coat over her on the way out, arm flashing the label. Thanks!
However, it looks like she might have forgotten to cut off the tailor’s stitch on the vent… a reminder for next time, Meghan!

We saw a new turtle neck jumper in a fine knit, but with a ribbed neck. As The Duchess of Sussex often does, she rolled up her sleeves. This piece still alludes us – more when we have it.
UPDATE: The jumper bears a strong resemblance to this from Massimo Dutti, the label’s toffee-coloured ‘plain silk wool sweater’. Still in stock, the piece costs £49.95 here and is available in a wide range of colours.
The brown satin skirt was also a new piece to us. It looks like it could be the ‘satin midi skirt’ from Massimo Dutti. It costs just under £90 here, and features an a-line flare with side zip. A decent match for the piece is just £35 here.

Meghan chose her Jimmy Choo ‘Romy’ heels in ‘oxid’ velvet, a lovely rust tone. These particular heels are sold out, but velvet Romy shoes are available in various colours and fabrics – try here and here.

The Duchess wore her Kismet by Milka hamsa ring and a bracelet from the brand, the ‘Dangles Full Circles Bracelet’. Try this, this and this to copy her bracelet at a reasonable price.

The photos of her earrings haven’t been particularly clear – they look like birds perhaps? These swallow earrings from Roz Buehrlen would make a good match if they are.
UPDATE: These earrings are by Catherine Zoraida. At £120, the ‘gold swallow studs’ are available here.
Nice to get such a lovely smile from Megan, Duchess of Sussex as she leaves @canada House in London. pic.twitter.com/mvEHNOkH9I

We loved the combination of colours and textures for this look on the Duchess, a great fashion start to 2020. What did you think?
Channel the Duchess with these options:
Thanks to for the coat ID @Emma4aboutroyal. We’re unsure who first ID’d the earrings and jumper, but found the IDs via @WhatMegWore; let us know who it was!
