The Countess of Wessex joined The Queen and other members of the Royal Family at Westminster Abbey for the RAF centenary anniversary celebrations on Tuesday. Sophie wore a familiar all-white ensemble for the event.

The Countess wore Suzannah ‘Wave Textured Stripe Dress’ in ivory, retailing for around £1,150. Sophie’s dress is a bespoke version of two Suzannah dresses. The silhouette, design and pattern construction of the ‘Wave Roll Scoop Dress’ with the fabric from the ‘Wave Textured Stripe Dress’. The dress has a sophisticated wide scooped neckline with a soft roll collar, three-quarter sleeves, a fitted bodice and invisible rear zip closure. Multiple lines of cream v-shaped patterns feature over the fit and flare tea-length circle skirt of the dress. An ivory textured wool fabric is inter-dispersed with lines of cream fabric over the bodice and sleeves. A very vintage style of dress and looks fabulous on Sophie.

Sophie wore a Jane Taylor ‘Moselle Crin Disc Transparent Angular Feather Hat’. It is front percher hat, made from a cream hat base with a circular swirl of crinoline fabric. Two black feathers sit atop the hat with black and cream buntal twists wrapped around the feathers. This hat was first seen at Royal Ascot in 2015.
Sophie carried a Jane Taylor clutch. The rectangular clutch is made from an embossed skin effect leather of silver and ivory with a nude leather band over the flap with silver branded logo. Jane Taylor has recently announced on her Instagram account that there may be a range of Jane Taylor bags and clutches being released very shortly. Once more it was Prada pumps for the Countess. These nude leather pointed-toe court heels with a stiletto of 80mm are amongst Sophie’s favourite pair of heels to wear and we see them on many occasions. You can purchase a nice replicate of these heels here.

Sophie accessorised with her Dior ‘Mise En Dior’ Pearl Crystal Earrings and Brooch that we saw just last week when she attended the NHS 70 year service. The earrings are a large curved shaped with clusters of pearls. The brooch is an arched curved of interwoven pearls and crystals. Get a nice replicate of these earrings here or the brooch here.

Sophie also wore an RAF badge as Honorary Air Commodore of Royal Air Force Wittering. It is very similar to the RAF Sweetheart Pin Badge, in which an eagle with wings spread wearing a St Edward’s crown features.
