The Duke and Duchess of Sussex made an almost blink-and-you-miss-it trip to the Pacific Island of Tonga, staying for just over 24 hours. Meghan still somehow managed five outfit changes in this time! How she does it, we will never know. Meghan stunned us again in her ocean-blue frock.

The Duchess wore a stunning Veronica Beard ‘Cary’ dress in Sky Blue, retailing for £464. The dress has a sharp pointed down collar, long sleeves with tight button cuffs, double breast pockets and a front button down placket. The two large patch pockets over the chest remind us of Emilia Wickstead designs. It also has a detachable a self-tie belt. The dress has a wonderful swishy midi-length skirt with slits at either side. We think the Duchess may have just had some of the slit sewn up slightly. Meghan was truly glowing in this dress, complimenting her skin tone so well, we hope we get to see this look again.

The Veronica Beard dress is also available on a red-colour way. We absolutely love both dresses, they are so perfect for work with a pair of heels, or mix it up on the weekend with some flat loafers and a denim jacket. Purchase this dress here.
Meghan wore Banana Republic ‘Madison 12-Hour Side Cut-Out Pump’ retailing for £100. These are grey pointed toe, sling-back pumps, which have a thin ankle strap with adjustable buckle. The pumps remained a mystery for a large portion of the day as fashion hunters tried to locate the heels. All of Meghan’s usual high end designers such as Aquazzura, Jimmy Choo, Manolo Blahnik, Givenchy and Tabitha Simmons came up empty. Eventually, they were located by a reader of @MadAboutMeghan as Banana Republic. This left many Meghan fans scratching their heads as we know the Duchess loves a sleekly crafted high-end designer shoe, and we are yet to see her wear a high street shoe design.

These heels are designed for comfort though, with the hint in the name of the shoe. These heels are supposed to be able to be worn for approximately 12 hours whilst still remaining comfortable on your feet. The heels have a padding system with memory foam and a cushioned insole, breathable synthetic lining and a skid-resistant outsole with comfort pod. Not sure we have actually ever walked in heels for a total of 12 hours, but it is nice to know that someone is thinking about comfort and creating a stylish piece at the same time! These shoes sold out instantly as they were so affordable and much cheaper than Meghan’s usual heels.
You can still view the pump here. We managed to find you an even cheaper pump, here.

Meghan wore her Adina Reyter ‘Three Diamond Amigos Curve Post’ earrings, retailing for £388. These 14k gold earrings showcase three varied sized diamonds curved along an arching gold climber earring. Due to these earrings being so popular the company may take some time to deliver these to you, expected half-way through November. You can purchase the earrings here.

Meghan debuted a new necklace. The Pippa Small ‘Amulet Necklace’ This necklace is not currently available to purchase. Meghan’s necklace appears to be three different sized oval transparent aquamarine stones set in gold, with small gold amulet all hanging on a gold threaded cord.

We loved this beautiful and easy look on Meghan. It was simple and fuss-free and she did not over-accessorise it. The dress was also a winner with fashion fans as it was so affordable. We hope to see Meghan continue to wear some more affordable pieces from time to time.
