Hoping to further spread the word of the 5 Big Questions campaign, today The Duchess of Cambridge undertook an engagement in Northern Ireland, outside of Belfast, then headed to Aberdeen. Kate was casual for the events, switching between farm casual in the form of a Barbour jacket, and then into a smarter blazer in Scotland.
Catherine opted for two jackets today, which probably would have gone unnoticed by me! She wore her Barbour ‘Defence’ jacket and a Seeland ‘Hawker’ jacket underneath. This has been seen on unofficial outings, but the first time at an engagement.

Catherine added a new piece, in the form of a pale blue roll neck jumper. I initially thought it could be this cashmere piece from Marks and Spencer, but you can see the ribbing at the cuffs doesn’t match. Nonetheless, it makes an excellent replikate! Or try this, a synthetic version for under £20.
A pure guess at this point, but this M&S roll neck jumper is a good likeness for the one the Duchess is wearing in Northern Ireland todayhttps://t.co/Dd9GEIeZ3B#replikate #duchessofcambridge pic.twitter.com/dnnQJBhkSp

The ‘real’ piece is actually from Pure Collection, the ‘Cashmere Roll Neck Sweater’ in Heather Cornflower blue. It costs £120, and is available here in a wide variety of colours. The piece is a slim fit, with slim ribbed hems.

Over a pair of black skinny jeans, the Duchess chose her Penelope Chilvers long tassel boots. Get a pair here, or here costing £475.

We didn’t see a bag being carried, probably due to the more casual and hands-on nature of this visit, but there was a new pair of earrings! These were from Catherine Zoraida, the ‘Gold Fern drop earrings’, costing £160 here. Made of gold plated silver, these earrings are also available in silver and rose gold.
In Aberdeen, the Duchess switched into her Reiss ‘Delaney’ long jacket. We haven’t seen this since 2015 (debuted in 2013) but I have longed for it to make a reappearance! It cost £275 when first available, but you might occasionally find one of these second hand.
We also saw her Russell and Bromley ankle boots, but no clear pictures have shown if they are the ‘Fallon Dry’ or ‘Fab Dry’. Updates soon, but I *think* it is Fab Dry, with the stretch patch, rather than outer zip.
Thanks to @kateroyalcloset for the jumper and earring ID
